There is always a possibility that you may want to return your purchase. Please contact us to start the return process. There are two possible reasons for a return:
After contacting us, we will determine the next action. If your return request is within the first 14 days, you will receive a form from us to complete your request. If your product has technical problems, we will first try to help you solve the problems. If this is not possible we will provide you with a label to complete your return request.
If you are returning your purchase within the first 30 days, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
On arrival of the return, we will in all cases test the product before processing any refund or replacement.
